Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase from The Developer and The Dane.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@thedeveloperandthedane.com and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

As many of our products are made to order or shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, if you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Depending on the product and supplier, returns may be accepted, although return postage costs may apply. Personalised and made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty, damaged or not as described.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs where applicable

We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
